Melek Acu LL.M. is originally from Denizli and graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1999. After completing her legal internship, she received her attorney’s license. In 2003, she passed the judicial examination and began her career as a public prosecutor in Samsun in 2005 after completing a two-year judicial internship. Throughout her legal career, she served as a judge in various courts, including criminal, commercial, labor, and enforcement courts. She also obtained a master’s degree in Private Law from Selçuk University.
With over nine years of experience as a judge and 4.5 years as a rapporteur, she is now a registered attorney at the Istanbul Bar Association, offering legal consultancy and litigation services.

Professional Experience:
Melek Acu began her legal career as a judge, serving in various regions across Turkey in criminal, enforcement, and labour courts. In 2011, she was appointed to the Constitutional Court as a legal rapporteur, drafting numerous legal opinions. During this time, her articles were published in esteemed legal journals, including those of the Justice Academy and the Union of Turkish Bar Associations.
In 2015, drawing on her extensive judicial experience, she established her own law firm, AG Law Office, where she has since provided expert legal counsel and representation in a wide range of legal matters.
